This is the time to be with our angels, witness their new developments, and de-stress ourselves while engaging in playing and different fun activities with them. That is what I started with and as the weeks passed by, the future vision began to get blurred. Questions why we can it go out from a toddler, where is the bad virus? Who will save us from the virus? Routine disrupted, food habits altered from bad to worse and lastly, the sleep pattern changed to attract high sugar levels and high blood pressure.

ALARM
My ability to stay calm with my son was a test every day. While it would be easier to just shove it under the carpet, I decided to talk to him.
It became important to have a conversation about the virus and the ripple effect it’s made on our day-to-day life. And now the most interesting part, where do you start from? And what do you communicate when having no idea about what is happening?

THERE IS NO READY RECKONER
So, decided to listen to him. It felt like my first interschool competition. Butterflies in my stomach and eyes turning red, I could hear the heart beating faster than usual. So, here find some starters.

Being cheerful is a big support.

You might fumble in the beginning, be ready for all kinds of responses.

The important thing has you have opened up the conversation.

You have made the first step.

Keep it short and crisp
